This is 100% ground and roasted coffee Santos Pergamino sul de Minas (Brazil) . It shows up on sensory analysis very balanced, medium-bodied and elegant sweetness. The marked cocoa aftertaste and a vague hint of dried plum are the result of the particular microenvironment in which this coffee develops.
