In these Dragées the protagonist is the Alkekengi , a plant of Asian origin (but which is also easily cultivated in our country) also called "Chinese lantern". Its berries, the only edible part of the plant, have the shape of a small cherry and a slightly acidic flavor reminiscent of tomatoes and raspberries, but also of citrus fruits.

Covered in White and Milk Chocolate and then finished with bitter cocoa powder. The result is delicious and combines the sweetness of our chocolate with the acidic flavor of Alkekengi.
