The "Fine Selection" are single-origin bars made with cocoa personally selected by Andrea Slitti.

The Jamaican 75% Extra Dark Chocolate bar offers a delicate primary aroma with secondary citrus notes, well balanced, elegant and enveloping.

The tablet is made with gentle conching and at low temperatures.

conservation method

Store in a clean, dark, cool and dry place at 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Operating temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 24 months.

Jamaica cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter 6%. (cocoa: 75% min.). Does not contain soy lecithin. Gluten free. May contain milk, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts and other tree nuts.
