The "Fine Selection" are single-origin bars made with cocoa personally selected by Andrea Slitti.

The Madagascar 75% Extra Dark Chocolate bar offers tasting a chocolate with a strong personality, with notes of red and yellow fruit and hints of dried fruit. The secondary aromas are broad, sweet and rounded.

The tablet is made with gentle conching and at low temperatures.

conservation method

Store in a clean, dark, cool and dry place at 13°-18° C. Maximum humidity 60%. Operating temperature 18°-22°C. It is preferable to consume the product within 24 months.

Madagascar cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter 6%. (cocoa: 75% min.). Does not contain soy lecithin. Gluten free. May contain milk, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts and other tree nuts.
